Hrotovice, a small town in Czech Republic, hosted the annual 3-day international event... the Czech Grand Prix. The track was a large carpet track (20x32m) and more than 80 drivers attended this prestigeous racing event in both categories, Modified and Stock.
Modified
We witnessed an interesting battle between three drivers: Toni Rheinard, Steen Graversen and Team XRAY driver David Ehrbahr driving his new T3. Already in the qualifications this triplet showed they were the guys to beat and left the rest of the field far behind. The finals were almost a carbon copy of the qualification races and at the end it was XRAY driver David Ehrbar who drove the fastest laps and earned the overall win, with Toni Rheinard in 2nd and Steen Graversen in 3rd.

Stock
The stock category had a long entry list, and 13.5 motors were used by all drivers. This made for very close racing. From the start of qualifications, Slovak XRAY driver Zdeno Kunak was setting the fastest laps despite having problems with his radio. Luckily, he was able to solve this problem for the finals and won ahead of Rene Klockner and Jakub Plechac.
