The famous annual Snowbird Nationals 2003 is over. With over 700 entries and all top drivers from North America and overseas, it was definitely an exciting race in all categories. We already brought you the results from the qualifiers in a previous report, where we highlighted the extreme success of Team XRAY who was one of the most successful teams, and one of the three manufacturers having their car in both Touring Expert and Pro Modified finals. All members of Team XRAY had great performances with the new T1 EVO2 2003 as well as the brand new T1 Raycer. As the Snowbird race uses a non-traditional one final run only, it was expected that everything possible would happen and mix all the positions; at the end that prophecy was fulfilled. In both categories, the TQ leaders lost their pole positions, and due to heavy traffic plenty of drivers broke their cars. However, it was still an exciting race to watch; all the top drivers give their all, continuing their battles down to the last laps.
