Round 3 of the Winter Series National 1:8 Buggy Races (organized by the Cyprus RC Organizers) took place last week at the Dirt Paradise RC Track in Nicosia. More than 40 drivers attended this race and Team XRAY Cyprus was there! It was a good day for racing with temperatures up to 15°C The track seemed to have perfect grip.
During the qualifiers, last yearâ s champion and XRAY driver Costas Agrafiotis took the spoils and got a fantastic TQ.

During the A Main Final he was leading the race for nearly the entire time but in the last few minutes he crashed with some backmarkers and his car was lost under a big jump and lost almost a lap until someone pulled him out. He finished on the podium and gained some more points. He now leads the Championship with 2 rounds coming up.
