The last race of the season took place on the Offroad track Raco2000 in Utrecht, it was a race full excitement because the top drivers were very close in points and everything was still possible. I myself was on the third place!!

Qualifications
The track condicions ware unpredictable, in the morning the track was wet and very slippy and lot of hole`s in the track from the big scale cars that also drive there .
My tyre choice was AKA City block Super Soft. My XRAY XT8 handeld very well with it and I was confident that I could make it happen today to still keep my 3rd spot in the championship.
The qualifications went smooth and I ended up 6th making it to the 1/2 final which I easily won.

Finals
30 min offroad racing whit my Xray XT8 2009 i could start on sec place next to driver Paul Geelen whit his mugen.
The beginning of the final whent very well and we had a great battle for the top spot with Paul Geelen. After 9 minutes I made a first pit stop for refuelling, and just 1 minute after my engine started to heat up because a fuel mixer screw whent loose. I had to make an extra pit stop to set it back up and set my engine back to rich setting. Then I had to stop every 7-8 minutes to reset the engine and therefore I lost my second place. I was still able to finish in 4th place and hold the overall 3rd place in the national championship.
