The 2014 EC 40+ was run in Rucphen in the Netherlands which is a great track. A perfect event hosted by M.A.C. de Baanbrekers with reasonably good weather all week. Most of the qualification heats were run in dry conditions, top qualifier after 6 rounds were Traugott Schär. The semi finals on Saturday were run on a wet track which led to several of the top drivers failing to advance to the main final. After lunch break, the track dried up so the final was run in dry conditions. Taking the lead after a few minutes, Frank Andersen held on to the lead crossing the chequered flag after 45 minutes with a comfortable 3 lap lead. The car was fantastic all week, big thanks to XRAY, my mechanic and the rest of the team!
