This year's Russian championship RC-racers took place in Zarechny track, Near Penza. The whole weekend showed, beautiful Sunny weather, but with temperatures around 14°C, no wind. The track shows a good combination of profiled corners and long straight. Track asphalt has a low grip and high abrasion.

I used the experience of previous races here, and my set-up does not require changes. Car was easy to drive, good balance and fast. It got me 1st place in qualifying.
The final started successfully. Vladislav was ahead of me. It took me a few laps to overtake him and become the leader of the race. After half of the race I created already a gap of about 3 laps. The accidents do not happen, car drives excellent, engine worked perfectly. The last 10 minutes, I slowed down the pace and began to save tires. Tires outside erased up to the rim. But, this has not prevented me to finish the final on the 1st place, ahead of Vladislav Glebov for 2 laps. 3rd place was taken by Sergei Piskunov.
