Capricorn Championship took place at Big Modelâ™s track in Ciampino and last weekend was held the first round. The rules provided two classes: Stock 13.5 Blinky and Modified both using Lrp G32 tyres. Race started on Sunday morning with 3 qualification rounds and 3 finals.

Qualifications Stock:
Immediately from first qualifications the fight was very close between Massimo Fabiani and Andrea Attura but at the end XRAY driver Fabiani was so fast to be TQ followed by Andrea Attura and Maurizio Bicchi. Cassarino and Morgagni got the A Final starting 6th and 9th

Qualifications Modified:
My T4 2015 worked very well being both fast and easy to drive. Thanks to this feeling I won the three qualification rounds taking the Pole Positions in front of my teammates Diego Macchioni and Alessio Valentini, both fast as usual. In A- Final also Bonfatti Giordano with a good 6th place.

Stock Finals:
Fabiani won every finals managing his position with a clean driving style getting the final victory. He was followed by Andrea Attura and Maurizio Bicchi. Antonio Cassarino was protagonist of great finals arriving 4th starting from 6th position. Morgagni was not lucky being crashed many times from other drivers but this is racing, next time will be better!!
My T4 continued to be amazing also with higher temperatures and I won every final. Diego Macchioni arrived 2nd in front of Alessio Valentini after a fair and close fight. Giordano drove clean with few mistakes and it allowed him to recover a position arriving 5th starting 6th, good job!
