| The buggy challenge was held on Sunday, November 9th, On Saturday there was some practice on the high-speed technical track in Aalborg RC. I arrived at the lunch time on Saturday to practice with my XRAY team mate Rene Jepsen, and other drivers. The track was quite nice to drive, with some big and small jumps and good flow. Good facility at the trackside round up the nice racing. Our XB4 4WD cars were really good and easy to drive after some tweaks and learning the track. My car was super-fast, also drivers like Frederik Hovgaard, Kim Nielsen and Rene Jepsen were showing very good pace, I could make the fastest lap in 5 minutes run, but this was only practice. |

| My car was very easy to drive but I had a bit of luck also. I ended up 2nd on the starting grid. I made the fastest TQ run, but my best score with 2 counted rounds was 1 and 3. Rene Jepsen was driving very well this day and had good speed. He made no mistakes! He took the first and third TQ, and was overall TQ. Kim Nielsen was really fast, but had some bad luck and ended up 6th on the grid, Frederik was also very fast and would line up as 3rd on the grid! |

| Finals: |

| Good finals was on, my car did not start in the first final because of a mechanical problem and so after solving the problem I had to start from 7th place on the grid. Rene got a good clean start with Frederik in 2nd rigth behind him. Kim and I were very fast, and after few laps, I was rigth behind Rene. I was starting to put some pressure on Rene and out to the straight was a left corner with table top, Rene was too wide and I was trying to go on the inside, and on the big jump to the straigth we were side by side. Rene jumped short and I made a long jump and was in front. Kim Nielsen was now right behind Rene. And Frederik was in the back of my slipstream, we had a good battle. I made a mistake after the big jump and got stuck in a barrier, Kim was now in the front with me a few meters behind him, trying to close the gap. Kim won this final with me in the second spot and Rene in the third. |

Second final I tried to get a clean start from second. I was rigth behind Rene, and after few laps in the race I found a way to pass Rene and got in the lead, Kim was again very fast and was already almost in third position. He overtook Rene and was driving very fast to try to get up to the front where Frederik Hovgaard and me had a good battle. Kim was putting some pressure on me but I was able to hold on the lead till the end.
Last final was where we should find the winner of the race. With a good start again, I was in second behind Rene with Frederik in third. After few laps I tried to overtake Rene but I landed too long from the corner and the car flipped and need to be marshalled. Now Kim was going into the lead after few minutes, with Frederik in the 2nd spot, Rene was in third. I was pushing to the limit to get back, but was only able to recover 3rd.
