Sunday 30 november we had the 3 round of the DMSU DM in the newly surfaced track at MMRC in Toelloese.
After the last race in Broendby 14 days ago many have tested the new track, a lot of grip but some small bumps because the carpet was laided directly on the concreat. Everyone had a small pickup of hair from the carpet but over the weekend it became better.
Peter Harder, Thomas Mortensen and local driver Steven Olsen had all been testing the weekend be-fore and the evenings in the week up to the race.
Practice was on Saturday, and with 60 drivers in mainly Pro stock and Le Mans (1/10 pancar) the club decided to practice in groups. Fastest driver on Saturday was Thomas Mortensen (X10 2015) with a 11,7, a little back was Claus Ryeskov and Michael Johnsen (both X10 2015) with 12.02 and 11.99.
It was looking as Peter Harder and Thomas Mortensen would be the ones to beat.
Controlled practice on Sunday morning saw Michael Johnsen setting the fastest time, closely followed by Thomas and Peter.
For qualifing it was again Michael Johnsen setting the pace, but now Rasmus B Nielsen had found the speed and came in 2nd with Peter Harder in 3rd. Thomas was having problems with the grip, mainly because of the carpet was getting soaked in tyre additive.

Starting order for finals

2. Rasmus B Nielsen - X10
3. Peter Harder - X10
4. Steven Olsen 5. Thomas Mortensen - X10
6. Claus Ryeskov - X10
7. Robert Hansen

First final saw pole man Michael Johnsen getting it all wrong at first chicane and went dont the field. For then a couple of laps later crashing out of the final. It was then Peter taking the win in front of Steven and Rasmus.
Second final, and it was a start-finish race for Michael, taking the win in front of Steven and Rasmus.
3rd final would decide the winner, within all 4 who could still win. Again Michael made small error in the first chicane, but recovered fine to hunt down the 3 drivers in front, small error for Steven and Thomas made Michael in 2 place hunting down Rasmus. With 30 sec to go Michael did a side by side move on Rasmus only to have the outside in the next turn , so the was Rasmus in front of Michael and Steven.
This made the final result .

Again XRAY the main car to have in the Le mans Class.
Now we have almost 1 1/2 month brake with Christmas and New Year, and then back to Broendby for the 4th race.
