As the 2015 season is already fully running it is time to take a short review of what we did in 2014 and to set our plans for 2015. Together with Martin & R&D & racing team we have worked very hard on further development and improvement of all product lines, so for 2015 you can again expect new & improved products.

In 2014 we have successfully completed and launched 10 main XRAY projects – likely more than anyone else in the industry – which include the following:

• XB8'14
• NT1'14
• RX8'14
• X10'15
• XB8E
• X12'15
• T4'15
• XB4'15
• XB8'15
• X1
• We have improved our delivery times and stock levels, with recent 98% fill-in rates and handling most orders within 24 hours; this is by far the best fill-in rate and speed-of-delivery in the industry.
• Our internal processes continued to improve, and we are increasing the flexibility & quality of service and support.
• We expanded our Production department by 10 new workers, to help increase our productivity and flexibility.
• The office team has expanded to include a new designer, a new team manager, a new IT support person, a new logistics manager, and a new R&D designer.

• We have successfully finished a project to install new machines to improve our capacity so as to increase quality and flexibility.
• We procured some extra machines & technology, including CNC milling machines, cutting machines, and a special machine for graphite parts production.
• We successfully completed all planning for the new indoor off-road racing hall.
• We successfully survived a very difficult situation where our heat-treatment supplier unfortunately went out of business, but with careful planning over several months we suffered almost no shortages in supplying spare parts and kits. Within a very short time, we installed our own heat-treatment technology.
• We successfully installed all-new servers which increased accessibility & reliability, and made all processes much faster. We also successfully installed all-new web servers to increase the speed & availability of all online services.
• We continued to work on the new websites, but did not finish yet.
• We held two major race events – EOS & ETS – at the Hudy Arena, with 400+ visitors to the factory.
• We held the XRAY Challenge races at both our racetracks and in several countries, helping to build the brand image.

All in all, 2014 has been extremely demanding but also an extremely successful year. We will continue our hard work and focus in 2015, so you can expect not only plenty of new products but also improved services & support to our distributors, team, and customers worldwide.

We would not have been able to achieve all of this without the constant and incredible support from all our friends including distributors, team drivers, and all our great RC friends who support us and trust in us. Therefore a big ‶Thanks※ goes out to everyone. Thank you and see you in the 2015 at the races.
