This category of the national championship is my priority for 2015. With each race it is gaining more and more popularity in Czech Republic. Saturday practice gave me a lot of experience and allowed me to concentrate fully on the engine, clutch and fuel mileage. Very hot weather, almost 40°C, put everybody under real test.
After qualifying I was in the first place and good position for start to 45 min finals.
For the main final I decide to go with soft tires and refueling at 4:30 min. Refueling at 5 minutes would be very risky. Big open track such as this one requires perfect refueling strategy. Thanks to this I won the final run with 3 laps ahead of other drivers. XRAY RX8 was again the best and swept the whole podium. Great result for our team!
