Christian Lehm took the overall Danish victory in the Formula 1 class. The last race in the series was hold on the big track in Odense.
The course was one of the biggest and originally designed to 1:5 racecars, so it was a big track for the small formula cars. It was clear that the cars should have a lot of speed and grip in the big sweepers. So motor timing and fans where installed.
From the start it was a struggle to get the cars to run fast and maintain rear grip without destroying the rear tires. But with the right setup it was possible to have a great race with a lot of speed through the day.

4 XRAY X1 cars had to fight for the podium and the pit buzzed with talk about gearing, spring charts, oil and wings.
The long runway with big sweepers in both ends was awesome and gave a lot of fun and made the difference between a fast and slow laptime. The battle for apex and slipstreaming was a lot of fun and made the race exiting. It also meant that the ranking changed several times and the drivers had to focus hard to have a clean driving line.

Christian had found a perfect setup for the track and could from the start pull away from the other competitors. The first runner up was a race between Henrik Rasmussen, and Johnni Lyng where small mistakes made the race exiting. Some German drivers had found their way to Odense and with a participant in formula class made the race even more exiting and unpredictably. Nothing was safe for the 2 and 3 position. It was an exciting weekend with a lot of talk about the setup, and the driving lines on the track was clearly decisive for the podium finish. No one was safe and a single motor was blown due to the heat.
Christian Lehm could take TQ and secure the overall 1.place and the title of champion of formula 1 cup.
