Summer part of Czech Nationals was held in Blansko at the beginning of September. Laying in the middle of the Czech Republic Blansko provides ideal location for incoming drivers. Not speaking about comfortable pits, nice environment and well shaped racing track.
A lot of drivers found their way to local racing area. Most of them exploited Friday´s free practise as everyone wanted to try unknown tires LRP G36.

Race system was equal to Winter championship. 2 timed practise created order for five qualification heats. All of those heats were raced on Saturday. Sunday was reserved for final heats.
Drivers were divided into 6 classes.
Hobby: Opportunity for hobby drivers to take part in Czech Nats was slightly overheard so only 3 drivers appeared. Best of them was Vojtech Sehnal, who beat Vilem Augustynek and Martin Cerny.
Formula: This very interesting 2WD class with uncovered wheels seemed to be very nice on track. Top 4 drivers Andrej Vnucko, Vitezslav Hola, Ivo Gombik and Ludek Szostek were fighting together during all finals. First named, Andrej took victory at the end. Vitezslav finished second and Ivo came third.

GT: Only five drivers attended this dying class. Andrej Vnucko, who already won one class was about to became double champ. And he managed to do it. Second place came to young star Ondrej Kohoutek and third place took Jan Szostek.
Stock: Slower 4WD class showed nice fights between young Oliver Havranek and Jaroslav Kopecky, who is local driver having Blansko as a home track. Oliver reached TQ and for finals could expect huge pressure from Jaroslav who started as second. Finally Oliver defended his position succesfully and reached title ahead of Jaroslav. Jakub Dalecky finishing third made a huge jump from his 6th start spot. Vlastimil Svec took fourth position and David Mestan closed the TOP 5 up.

Modified: The fastest class saw a close fight between Marek Cerny and Kuba Simurda. Marek closely took TQ by two points. In the first final Kuba Simurda was able to win and situation started to be interesting. In the second final Kuba Simurda lead, but making a mistake allowed Marek to overtake and suffering a body tuck also. David Nemcek took second place and Kuba finished third.
In the last final everything was open. Marek took first position right from the beginning ahead of Kuba, David and Jiri Vysin. None of them was far enough to be able to reach victory in this heat. At the end Kuba made a mistake, so Marek has open way to title in front of him. He exploited it fully and brought home Czech Nats title. Overall second position reached Kuba Simurda and David Nemcek finished third. Jiri Vysin, who experienced really bad luck event. Finished fourth ahead Oliver Havranek and Kaja Dolezal.
