WELCOME AT THE XRAY X-SHOP GUIDE
XRAY built the X-SHOP to provide you with comfortable purchasing of fine
XRAY products for RC cars. We at XRAY support all local hobby dealers. Therefore
we ask you, if you have the chance, to purchase XRAY products from your
hobby dealer and support them as we do.
If your favorite hobby shop does not carry XRAY products and you would like
to see these products there, click
here and we will contact your local hobby shop to assist them with carrying
XRAY products in their shop.
If you have a hard time getting XRAY products, you can purchase them very

1. Navigation Bar
This section of the Navigation Bar provides links to all support pages,
information about the Buyers Service, and full information about products.
This section of the Navigation Bar provides links to find all support
pages, do a full text search, find information about contact address
and get a reply on your questions or requests, and access the quest
book site and site map.
2. Service Bar
This section of the Service Bar lets you check your shopping cart
and proceed to the checkout when your are done shopping. The Shopping
Bar Status that is displayed on every page makes it easy to keep track
of your order. Here you can see at a glance your actual shopping situation:
the number of items and total price of the order are constantly updated
and displayed.
In the NEW RELEASES section you will always find the fresh
hot new products. Click the link and directly access the index of
newly released products.
In the BESTSELLERS section you will see which XRAY products
are bestsellers and which products are most commonly being bought
on the Internet. |
To order products using the X-SHOP, you
must be a registered customer. It is very easy to create an account
at X-SHOP.
1. Start the registration process
To start the registration process, click the LOG ON HERE link on the
X-SHOP home page.
2. Register your account
Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button. (If you are already shopping and
wish to proceed through the checkout, if you are not registered customer
you will be prompted to create your account.)
3. Creating Account - Step 1 of 3
Simply fill in complete and accurate information in the screens that
appear, then click the CONTINUE button to move along the process.
Your information will be sent to our secure server.
4. Creating Account - Step 2 of 3
Enter your billing information, then click the CONTINUE button...
5. Creating Account - Step 3 of 3
Then enter your shipping information, then click the FINISH button.
It's that simple. |
| 3. LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT |
1. Logging in to your account
To log in to your account, click the LOG ON HERE link on the X-SHOP
home page.
Enter your Username and Password, then click the SECURE LOGIN button. |
Certain product pages contains a MORE INFO button that brings you
to a separate page for the product, where you can find short info
features, all available versions, and also links to spare parts and
recommended option parts.
Certain product pages contain a COMPLETE INFO button that brings you
to a separate page for the product where you will find complete features,
all available versions, and links to descriptions, specifications,
parts lists, options, photos, downloads, instructions, awards, tips,
news, and setups. |
| 5. BUY THE PRODUCT - ADD THE PRODUCT
TO YOUR SHOPPING CART |
When you decided that you have found the right product you looking
for, click the ADD TO CART button on the product page. |
| 6. EXPLORE YOUR SHOPPING CART |
You can access your Shopping Cart anytime by clicking the VIEW CART
button. The SHOPPING BAR STATUS that is displayed on every page makes
it easy to keep track of your order. Here you can see at a glance
your actual shopping situation: the number of items and total price
of the order are constantly updated and displayed. |
1. Changing the quantity of an item
In your shopping cart you have complete control of your order. You
can change the oredered quantity of each item in its QUANTITY box.
2. Removing an item
You can remove any item from your order by clicking the item's REMOVE
button.
3. Move an item into your Wish List
If you want to move chosen items to your Wish List, clicking the MOVE
ITEM TO WISH LIST button. After clicking this button, the item will
be removed from your Shopping Cart and added to your Wish List.
4. Recalculating your order
After every change, do not forget to recalculate the amount of your
order. Click the RECALCULATE button to update the order total.
5. Proceed to secure or standard Checkout
When you are sure you have all the items in your Shopping Cart you
can proceed to checkout. Click the PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT button.
(If you are not registered customer you will be prompted to create
your account.) |
A Wish List is available only to registered
customers. To access it you must log in to your account.
1. Log in to your account
To start the registration process, click the LOG ON HERE link on the
X-SHOP home page.
Enter your Username and Password, then click the SECURE LOGIN button.
2. Check the current contents of your Wish List
Before you add any items to your Wish List, check the current items
in it by clicking the WISH LIST button. This will save you from adding
items that you have already added.
3. Add products to your Wish List
To add a product to your Wish List, on the product page click the
ADD TO WISH LIST button.
4. Change the quantity in your wish list
Just like the Shopping Cart, you can change the ordered quantity of
each item in your Wish List by changing the number in its QUANTITY
box.
5. Remove item in your wish list
You can remove any item from the your Wish List by clicking the item's
REMOVE button.
6. Recalculate button
After every change, do not forget to recalculate the amount of your
Wish List. Click the RECALCULATE button to update the total.
7. Move an item into your Shopping Cart
If you want to buy chosen products you have in your Wish List, move
the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the MOVE ITEM TO CART button.
After clicking this button, the item will be removed from your Wish
List and added to your Shopping Cart. |
If you are registered customer but cannot
log in to your account because you have forgotten your password, there
is no need to worry!
Click the LOG ON HERE link on the X-SHOP home page.
Click the RECOVER PASSWORD button.
Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click the
CONTINUE button. An e-mail message containing your password will be
sent to you.
If you have forgotten your password and can no longer use the e-mail
address you used to originally create your account, you can create
your account again.
If you have forgotten your password and cannot use your old e-mail
address, but you don't want to create a new account, send an e-mail
message to webmaster@teamxray.com.
