Last weekend was the last round of the Dutch Championship. At AMCA Apeldoorn. The track is fast and also technical. From Q1 it was already clear that my X4F-25 was super-fast and by driving Q2 I secured myself Pole position. By doing this I was able to sit out Q3 and not drive to check my X4F-25 even more. And I was also able to watch my son Roel Jongenelis in the TC stock class. The finals, the start of the 1st final was good for me, but in turn 2 I made a small mistake. And I was hit from behind, so I had a body touch, after the whole field was over, the track marshal could make sure I could go out. This way I was able to show my driver skils and I managed to make my way to the front even in P3, very close behind P2. It really shouldn't have lasted a minute longer. Finale 2The start was good and the number 2 and 3 stayed pretty close, but after 4 minutes I managed to create a big gap. And in doing so, to take the win. Because the day win is not in the pocket must I drive final 3. This one was a copy from final 2 but now the gad was there 3 minutes and so I took the win. With the last race also to win, I secured myself with the day win in FWD class. But I also managed to become Dutch Champion in FWD class for 2024.
