See the beautiful presentation of the new XRAY X8'26 here

X8'26 All-new features:
• Revamped Chassis Design: The new chassis design positions the batteries directly on the chassis for the lowest center of gravity (CG).
• Updated Independent Front Suspension: Improved front suspension with a system of bushings and rubber O-rings to adjust suspension flex.
• Flexible Rear Suspension Mounting: The rear suspension is also mounted to the chassis with adjustable flex for enhanced performance.
• Maximized Rear Motor Placement: The motor is positioned as far back as possible, just in front of the rear suspension.
• New 35T Aluminum Pulley: The updated aluminum pulley allows for the use of larger front tires, enhancing traction on bumpy tracks and improving steering responsiveness.
• Versatile Battery Holder Design: The innovative X8 concept allows for easy adjustment of battery holders to accommodate Long, Medium, or Short batteries without changing the position of the electronic plate.
• Directly Mounted Steering Servo: The steering servo is mounted directly to the chassis behind the front suspension, providing a super low CG. The servo cable is routed through a milled channel along the center of the chassis to the receiver.
• HUDY Hard Anodized Aluminum Servo Saver: This servo saver is directly mounted onto the servo for precise control.
• Removeable Electronic Plate: This feature allows for adjusting flex characteristics of the rear suspension.
• New One-Way Front Axle: The front axle comes with a hard-coated one-way that improves performance.
• Reinforced and Lightweight Rear Solid Axle: The rear solid axle is strengthened and hard-coated for durability.
• Improved Car Holder and Mount: This feature enhances ease of handling while providing better protection for the top of the body.
• Smaller Spur Gear: This allows for the motor to be moved as far back as possible towards the drive shaft.
• Adjustable Ride Height: Ride height can be adjusted using carbon spacers on the front suspension and eccentric bushings on the rear suspension.
• Extended Wheelbase: A longer wheelbase improves the vehicle's handling characteristics.
• Longer Drive Belt: Accommodates longer wheelbase
• Wider Rear Suspension: The extended rear suspension provides better stability on the track.
• Super Easy Assembly: Simplified assembly allows for easy adjustments to the vehicle’s flexibility and driving characteristics.

Chassis.
The all-new X8 chassis was completely redesigned:

• Batteries mount directly on chassis
• 3 different battery size mounting alternatives
• Chassis steel bushings allow for flex adjustment
• Longer wheelbase
• Narrower rear width increases chassis flex
• Servo cable routing groove

Unique Flex System.
The uniform chassis flex system allows adjustment of the flex characteristics for different track conditions. Flex is controlled by adding or removing O-rings on the preinstalled steel bushings that secure the front chassis brace.

Bulkheads.
All bulkheads are redesigned for the all-new X8. The rear bulkheads move the motor rearward for improved balance and provide a mounting point for the rear belt tensioner. The front bulkheads improve the front upper arm mounting stability.

Front End.
Redesigned front suspension features split lower and upper suspension arms to improve front suspension flex. The upper suspension arms include a simple yet effective dampening link to improve traction over bumps on the track. The front one-way axle is redesigned to work with the front flex system.

Drive Shafts & Wheel Axles.
To reduce weight, the wheel axles are now machined from super-lightweight Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum.

The tiny front CVD drive shafts are manufactured from HUDY Spring Steel™, the most effective drive shaft material by the industry leader HUDY. Self-developed HUDY Spring Steel™ ensures the longest drive shaft life, maximum strength, and lowest weight.

Hardened with a proprietary process, the drive shafts provide unbeatable lifespan and reliability.

Electronics Plate.
A convenient electronics plate holds all electronics in one place and is part of the uniform flex system. The electronics plate is used to control rear end chassis flex by adding or removing O-rings on the preinstalled steel bushings and can be adjusted from soft up to stiff.

Battery Holders.
The all-new battery holder system offers 3 different mounting positions to accommodate different battery dimensions – shorty, mid size & long batteries. This new system also eliminates the use of an additional battery tray in order to place the batteries lower and reduce the CG.

Grab Handle.
The integrated wire grab handle makes it super easy to transport the car. The super tiny aluminum car holder stands are used to mount the battery wicket bracket as well as secure the grab handle. The silicone rubber on the handle is added for extra safety to avoid battery shortage if cables were to make contact with the steel wire.

Servo Saver.
The steering system & servo saver are completely redesigned, simplified and significantly lighter. The steering system is now 82% lighter, and the all-new geometry makes the car more predictable and easier to drive. The included HUDY aluminum servo saver protects the servo in hard crashes while maintaining precise response and control.
