The second race in Oslo Open series was held tuesday evening. This time in 2wd. With close to 40 drivers it was a thrilling evening with most of the top racers in Norway present. The RC club i Oslo is experiencing an explosion of interest and have a rapidly growing amount of new drivers. So fun to see the sport growing in this way.
The track this evening had surprisingly low grip because it have not been raining for a long time. This made the sand appear and made the race very demanding for all drivers.
My XB2 worked great after some minor set up changes. I was 2nd. behind Kobbevik both after qualification and in the A main.
A really good start on the outdoor season, being second behind Kobbevik in both races so far.
Next up is the Warm up race at Hudy Arena next weekend.
