Chassis.
One-piece chassis design for a consistent handling in all conditions and superior tweak resistance.
The chassis concept integrates with the front Tweak-Free Suspension and the rear Tweak-Free POD System to maximize performance.

Special cut-outs for optimal flex characteristics.

The standard chassis is made from a 2.5mm high-grade US carbon fiber material.

Rear POD.
The 2-piece rear pod concept is positioned above the one-piece chassis. The configuration is highly adjustable with superior tweak resistance. The pod plate is used to set droop, pod angle adjustment and supports the side springs. The rear spring location creates exceptional forward traction and has a low CG.

Bulkheads.
Lightweight aluminum bulkheads help lower CG as part of the pod assembly, with the left side bulkhead adding a cooling fan mounting provision.

Rear Assembly.
The rear carbon fiber side spring brace utilizes composite inserts pressed into the plate at the hardware attachment points for easy assembly and maintenance.

Center Shock.
All-new center shock provides exceptional bump handling, low maintenance, and helps lower CG. The spring-free design significantly reduces weights and the 1-hole piston configuration ensures consistent handling over bumps.

Dampening.
All-new rear POD spring replaces the center shock spring, improving forward traction while offering increased adjustability and lower CG. A versatile soft rear spring is included in the kit.

The spring holder accommodates both conical / progressive and straight / linear springs.

POD Mounting System.
Low center pivot holder controls pod movement and roll center adjustment. A small diameter pivot ball allows for the lower roll center options, and the forward center pivot position gives maximum adjustability.

Lower Suspension Arm.
The carbon fiber front lower suspension arm plate is designed to match the chassis width and features optimized geometry. XP10 features a wider lower arm to accommodate for the 235mm racing rules.

Kingpins.
All-new super-smooth, hardened steel 4mm kingpins provide the foundation for the Tweak Free Front Suspension. The kingpins have a new, stronger design with a machined 1.5° camber angle machined into the kingpin for precise suspension geometry. Optional 1.0° and 2.0° camber king-pins are available to adjust the camber in fixed steps.

Front Ride Height.
The front suspension uses ride height adjustment shims for very quick, precise, and hassle-free ride height adjustment depending on track conditions. The set of 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6mm ride height adjustment shims and 2.5mm carbon shims are included for fine tuning the ride height.

Steering Blocks.
All-new aluminum steering blocks have special factory pre-pressed Teflon inserts for minimal friction and smoother dampening. All-new Ackermann positions improve steering characteristics.

The steering blocks are machined from lightweight Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum material.

Side Braces.
The 2.0mm side braces follow the chassis profile for optimal chassis stiffness. The narrow width design saves weight and leaves plenty of space for electronics. Braces use M2.5 posts and screws for additional weight savings and removes weight from outer perimeter locations for improved rotation.

Chassis Flex Adjustment.
Graphite side braces are mounted to the rear brace, and to the chassis via aluminum posts, and offer four flex setting alternatives to adjust the chassis characteristics for different track conditions.
The side braces allow for the following tuning options:

Side Spring Retainers.
Soft, linear side springs are included in X10 for the best all-around handling out of the box. XP10 comes with stiffer springs, to better accommodate for high-downforce and high-speed requirements of the category.
The side spring retainers, made from a steel material, feature a precise and consistent side dampening action.

Side Link Mounting System.
The M2.5 posts and screws used for the side braces are also used for the side link mounting. Additionally, the car features M2.5 aluminum side link holders with a 2-pin design for maximum rigidity and tweak resistance.

Snap Lock™ Bushings.

All-new super smart XRAY Snap Lock™ Bushings replace locknuts and aluminum bushings. The 8 super small bushings reduce weight and stay securely held in place after installation for easy chassis assembly and maintenance.

Battery Holder.

Battery backstop & chassis holes are featured to accommodate for both standard- and mid-size battery packs.

Center dampener holder features adjustable countersunk back stop shim & screw to perfectly set the play for the battery pack. In case there is a big gap between the battery and shim, you can use additional shims under countersunk shim to remove the play.

Carbon Fiber Bumper.

Wide, aligns with the chassis shape and fits popular bodyshell types for XP10. Smaller, carbon fiber bumper included to accommodate for the X10 car size & racing categories.

Rear Hubs.

Wide rear wheel hubs provide secure installation on the rear axle and provides a wide range of track width adjustability. XP10 features wider hubs, X10 features narrower hubs.
