What a weekend at the Radio Control Car Club of Orange for the final round of the Raw Speed Series!
Epic weather, great racing, and plenty of laughs to finish off the season
1/8 EP Buggy
Matty Couper was flying all weekend — smooth, fast and unstoppable to take the win!
Riley Lander-West kept the pressure on for 2nd and just keeps getting quicker! And Chris Burke rounded out the podium after some solid drives
Richard Leitis and Caden Hill weren’t far behind with strong runs of their own
1/8 Nitro Buggy
When it came time for the long Nitro main, Ari Bakla was on rails! From TQ to the final tone, he led the way to take the win
Felix Koegler kept him honest for 2nd and Ben Cribbin held strong for 3rd
Matty Couper right there again in 4th showing he’s got the pace in both classes
Congratulations to all our junior drivers! While there wasn’t a separate race the overall results.
