My RocketRC-powered X4' 26 performed flawlessly this weekend. Building on the lessons learnt from last race, I made several adjustments to the setup, and the improvements were evident. The race was fiercely competitive at the front, moreover, the tires for this race were not ideal as they had really short lifespan, making tire management crucial throughout the race. Front tires almost wore out during the finals, causing the car to experience significant understeer especially in the end of the straight. Despite the challenges, my car provided the extra pace needed to secure the TQ, win, and fastest lap.
Congratulations to my fellow competitor who was driving an Xray and secured a podium finish! It’s always encouraging to see Xray drivers battling for the top spots. Time for some exam stuff, see you at the Foshan FEMCA race!
