Southern Indoor Championship took place last weekend in USA.
Just got home after a quick weekend down to Alabama for this year’s SIC. The layout was straightforward but the track conditions made for some extremely hard driving come main time. It took me a minute to get going in the NB main but I used my Ultimate/Nitrolux engine package to my advantage to do 10 minute stops and gain track position. After I got through my first stop I started getting into a rhythm and finished out the race strong. My RCAmerica backed Xray XB8 with Matrix Ultra Soft Nebulas handled the dusty rough conditions well and I had great tire wear to go even longer. I had some unfortunate luck in EB after leading the majority of the race but did all that I could.
