The first round of Jakarta Regional held last week at the brand new Sunter International Speedway, Jakarta. A huge legendary track which re-opened with stunning facility. A total of 60 racers with Open Brushless Class as the primary one, Blinky 17.5T as the most joined class.
With the rocket round qualifying, 1 set tires per day and abrasive surface, the tyre strategy rolled the dice for everyone. I failed my fresh tires run where i rolled my X4 at the first lap. I had to do the 2nd qualifier and things threw out as i missed the TQ by 0.3 to Christian Mamesah which get his best on the first round. I was able to won the A1 and A2 to handed me the overall. Fellow Xray driver Rama Danindro finished 3rd to gave to 2 XRAY cars on the podium.
At the blinky class, the track owner and legendary driver Sadikin Sutrisno drove his X4'26 for the runner up spot.
