Complete sets of Zero Rebound Shock Absorbers for XB8. Zero Rebound Shocks can be set to allow less rebound than standard shock absorbers, decreasing responsiveness and improving bump absorption on bumpy tracks.
The special design of the shock body and upper cap allows the installation of a ribbed shock membrane on the top of the shock body instead of traditional installation into the upper cap. The installation of the ribbed membrane on the shock body allows excess oil to leak out, and along with a shock cap vent hole and adjusting screw allows the adjustment of the amount of air (rebound) until the desired zero rebound is achieved. The oversized big-bore shocks feature 18.5mm O.D. shock bodies, externally threaded with an adjustable collar for quick & easy spring preload adjustment. The shock bodies are coated in a titanium color and feature a 1-piece alu shock cap with vent hole.
The lower shock assembly ensures that the shock rod will move very freely inside the shock body, while minimizing oil leakage and keeping dirt out. Two shock O-rings • manufactured from a superior silicone compound to allow ultra-free movement of the shock rod while still maintaining a tight seal • are installed in the lower part of the shock body and are secured with composite shims. The entire lower shock assembly is secured with the lower aluminum shock cap which makes assembly/disassembly very quick and easy.
Thick, robust shock shafts handle any abusive racing conditions and big jumps. The 3.5mm thick shock shafts are precisely machined from special high-tensile steel, and afterwards are ground for a super-smooth finish to ensure smooth movement.
Includes complete set of pistons and lower rubber boots. Springs are NOT included.

The 4-shoe clutch design allows for super-easy clutch setting from soft to hard setting, each suitable for different track conditions and racing style.
The 4-shoe clutch features smaller, lighter internal parts, and the design allows for more balanced clutch bell engagement compared to the traditional 3-shoe design.
The 4-shoe design allows use of combinations of different hardnesses of shoes and springs for clutch engagement setting, and even allows for a combination of different pairs of shoes and springs which gives ultra-fine engagement settings.
There are 4 different hardness of shoes and 3 different hardness of springs optionally available. Changing the setting is very easy thanks to the special assembly screws that hold the shoe and spring.
SOFT clutch setting generates the highest amount of traction and engages earliest; MEDIUM clutch setting allows more clutch slippage and engages later; HARD clutch setting engages latest and provides more revs to engine.
Optional graphite shoes engage more smoothly and give smoother clutch acceleration.

Lightweight yet ultra-strong rear upright molded from special graphite composite material. Features larger outside 8x16x5mm ball-bearing for increased reliability and life-span. Set of composite molded shock pistons for two shock absorbers.
Two-way flow shock pistons work in different ways when the piston travels up or down. With the rubber valve installed on the piston, 2 holes are closed when piston travels up• then when the piston travels down, the valve opens 2 extra holes so the oil flows through 2 more holes in total. This configuration allows for perfect landings from jumps, even with a soft shock set-up.
