The 13x19 ball-bearings in the pinion gear assembly carry extreme load, and in some extreme situations the rubber seal of the ball-bearing installed in the bulkhead housing may become dislodged. To prevent this, XRAY has developed a new ball-bearing which has a steel seal on one side and a rubber seal on the other side.

1) Install the ball-bearing with the steel seal facing inside the housing as
shown.

2) Assemble the ball-bearings in the housing as per the XB808 Instruction
Manual (page 10/11, step 2).

Please perform proper servicing and regularly lube the bearing with grease. We suggest using HUDY Bearing Grease.
