Round 3 of the Trophy CRO and (simultaneously) Round 2 of the Trophy Regional South nitro 1/10 200mm took place on Sunday, April 1st at Sintra track (CRO), Portugal.
The weather went back and forth between dry and heavy rain which made it difficult for pilots to find the right set-up. We were able to achieve the best lap time (25.258s) during qualifications, and secured TQ.
The race was really amazing in terms of direct competition and fair play. After 30 minutes we took the chequered flag in 1st place without a single incident and 5 laps ahead. The other two positions on the podium were also by NT1 drivers Rogerio Araujo and Jorge Brito. We used OS Speed 12XZ Spec II engine, Matrix tires and RB fuel.
