Maritime Racing Model Car Club in association with XRAY, R/C Car Racer & Vega offer all racers the chance to enter the inaugural XRAY Carpet Wars Winter Indoor Championship 2003/2004.
Racing will take place at the University of Greenwich Sports Campus on carpet
using the new RoadRail R/C car track system.
This will be the first year of this exciting new winter championship that will runover the cold, wet winter months. It will be a 6 round championship with the best 4 to count. Prizes will be given to the top 10 in each class and trophies for the top 3.
To complete the winter there will be a 2-day International meeting offering you the chance to pit your skills against the best drivers from across Europe (Xray International Team attending) and compete for the Maritime Racing/Vega Trophy.
This will run with booking-in practice and 4 rounds on Saturday followed by 1 round and 3 Finals for all on the Sunday and the Prize ceremony.
At all the meeting there will also be run classes for the 1/18th scale micro cars like the new XRAY M18 and the HPI Micro RS4, and the new exciting 1/12th scale touring cars.
The maximum number of drivers able to book in are 120 so itâ™s first come first served so get your entries in quick.
