Set of front/rear progressive springs for XB2 and XB4. These springs are shorter with an open end and completely different progressive characteristics. The main advantage & benefit of progressive springs is that as the car initially enters the corner the springs work like softer springs to provide maximum traction. As the chassis begins to roll in the middle of the corner, the spring rate progressively increases until it works like a stiffer spring which allows the car to maintain maximum cornering speed.
XRAY springs, are manually measured, selected, and matched into pairs to guarantee precisely equal length and damping characteristics.
Each spring is laser-engraved with stripes to indicate the firmness, the more strips, the stiffer the spring.

Graphite molded composite C-hub for RIGHT & LEFT steering block. The specially-formulated graphite composite material is a perfect balance between reliability and performance. Caster pre-set at 6°. For use with matching right/left-side C-hub #362221-G/362221-G. Roll center position can be quickly & easily adjusted by inserting different thickness shims atop the caster block, between the block and vertical ball stud.
This GRAPHITE C-hub is suitable for most track conditions, especially for high- and very-high-traction tracks.
Large openings allow for quick & easy assembly/disassembly of the CVDs; the entire CVD assembly can be easily inserted/removed through the C-hub without the need for disassembly. The large openings also prevent jamming of the CVD within the C-hub during serious crashes.

XRAY ECS Drive Shaft in length 83mm with 2.5mm pin. The XRAY•s unique ECS Drive Shaft equalizes the speed between the drive shaft and the wheel.
With a unique 2-piece joint between the axle and the wheel, the same extreme wheel turning angle is divided into two shallower angles without joint binding. This means that at the same cornering speed, the inner wheel will not bind or vibrate. Drive through the corner is more stable, more precise, and easier to drive. The ECS Drive Shafts help also with improved landing after jumps.
With the ECS drive shafts, wheel vibrations and noise are decreased to minimum, steering is increased, stability of the car is increased and cornering speed and smoothness are noticeably increased as well. A must have option part.

Front lower long suspension arm made from super-tough high-tech composite material suitable for most track conditions. Longer suspension arm have redesigned geometry for improved handling, increased traction and improved handling on bumpy tracks.
Repositioned lower shock mount locations lower the shocks and shock tower to decrease the CG.
The design of the arm allows for a greater range of adjustments. The opening for the C-hub is larger for greater wheelbase adjustments possibilities compared to previous versions.
The shock mounting location is wider to allow use of the eccentric shock pivot ball to move the shock absorber between two different positions creating different shock angles that affect traction and corner speed.
The arm also features a mounting position for the optional front anti-roll bar.

Precision-machined 41T differential bevel for large volume gear differential specially designed to use on the XB4 when smaller front tires are used. The 41T bevel gear will result in an overdrive characteristics that will help to compensate for the larger rear tires.
XRAY's unique split design of the gear differential features a separate lightweight crown gear and a separate diff cover. The split design results in significantly lower weight and improves the service comfort.
The crown gear is CNC-machined from Hudy Spring Steel• and ultra-hardened making it super strong, reliable and with much higher life span.
Notice:
In case there is a damage to the pinion gear there is high chance that also the crown gear was damaged even the damage is not visible. Therefore if pinion gear is exchanged then also crown gear must be carefully inspected and rather exchanged. Very important is also the gear mesh and how the diff is shimmed out in the bulkhead.

The XB4 gear diff ensures increased traction on slippery tracks. Suggested also to use on bumpy surface where it helps to better absorb the bumps. Larger oil volume prevents the diff from overheating, extending its lifespan.
The super-smooth gear diff includes a composite case and cover with exchangeable spur gear. The gear diff set includes 81T spur gear and a range of various spur gears is available as an option.
The internal gears are precision-molded from tough XRAY developed composite material, ensuring long lifespan and super-smooth, efficient operation.
The maintenance-free diff design will benefit racers of all levels. When the diff is correctly built, there is no need for maintenance for a very long time• no need for frequent oil changes, and no leakage due to our superior sealing system.
