Practice started Saturday morning with 4 rounds of free practice to get setup in order and getting the optimal racing line figured out. The 4th round was used as receding and reigning Germany Champ Tobias Vogel already showed that he will be the man to beat in the Sport class setting the fastest practice times.
Very close behind was Valentin Hettrich (2nd the last 2 years) who showed that he would give Tobias a good fight for the title. And indeed this is what happened, Valentin Hettrich put on a furious pace where no one could keep up and TQed the first 4 out of 5 rounds with ease.

In the first A-main Valentin Hettrich started as TQ, second was Johannes Sperr and third Stefan Strung.
Directly at the start Valentin Hettrich flew away in the distance and left 2nd position up for grabs for the rest. This was the pace of Valentin this weekend. He won the first A-Main in front of Johannes Sperr and Florian Botzenhart.
In the second final it looked similar like the first one. Valentin disappeared and after 1 minute out of the 7, turned on cruise mode. Behind him Johannes Sperr had a technical issue and had to stop promoting Florian to 2nd and in a great spot to challenge Johannes for second overall.

Valentin took the A-main 2 and his first and well overdue German Indoor Touring Title (Sport). As the titel was in Valentin hands he did not start in the last final. After hard fight between Florian and Stefan, Tobias Vogel could overtake both drivers going into 2nd. Tobias now second and Johannes in first. Round after round Tobias reduced his distance to the first place. But in the end it wasn’t enough.
