The 2nd CML race took place in Louvre (BCL). The race saw 220 drivers in 4 categories: 4wd, 2wd, SC and RC10.
Friday was free practice and I spent only 10 minutes on the track with my XB4 as I found out that the basic setup was perfect for this track. I didn't change anything during the whole race. After the qualification I was in 2nd place, taking 3rd, 2nd place and TQ.
So I started the first final from 2nd place on the grid just behind Elliot Boots. Unfortunately a problem with my front tired didn't allow me to fight for the win, however I was able to secure 3rd place. 2nd A main was much better and I took the win. 3rd A main was very close with 3 drivers fighting for the overall win, Elliott, Nicolas and myself. I was able to get to the front of the pack and lead the race for some time, but I made a mistake and Elliott took the advantage make his move and built some 5 seconds lead. With not enough time it was impossible get back to the lead, so I finished 2nd overall.
