| 4x TQ and 4x win that is the great result for team XRAY after 2nd round of Danish national race. The race was held in Faxe, on the non-permanent track. The track is a cool big track with good flow and also some tricky chicanes out on the straight! |

We found a very good setup for the XRAY T4, and worked on both alloy and carbon, I decided to run the alloy chassis as I like that most! In the practice my car was good so I just ran in some new tires and tested some springs.
A lot of the young XRAY boys showed super good pace, Stefan Finnich, Kevin Nielsen, Patrick Danielsen, Jeppe Svendsen. Also Michael Ivo had super good speed and could start 5 to the qualy heats! Unfortunately he had problems all day. To the last 2 mains Michael shifted to a new servo and car worked perfect, so he won the c-main â“ but had the speed for a-main.
In the the qualys my car was amazing and I could TQ all 3 qualifiers with a margin between 8 and 4 seconds in front of the 2nd place â“ I also made new track record on a lap and 5 minutes. Frederik Brolos and Soren Boy had a good battle for 2-3rd on the grid, Frederik took 3 2nd places and Soren took 3 3rd places. Young XRAY driver Patrick Danielsen took a nice 4th on the grid, and he had very good speed, so maybe he could challenge Frederik and S?ren. Stefan was right behind Patrick and Kevin after Stefan, all on XRAY cars. Kevin made a perfect last qualy and made his best 5 minutes run with 2 seconds after we made some small changes!
In the finals I could take the win in all 3 mains as I was able to make a gap to second place from the first lap. I tried some different setups on my car each final for testing. The battle was super close at the rest of the places all from 2 to 8. Soren overtook Frederik in the start as Frederik was on 2 wheels. The Finals ended almost the same as starting order, Patrick made a good run in the 2 main to go to 3rd place in that main. Frederik could hold the pressure from Soren and Patrick in the last two mains and grabbed the 2nd place overall with S?ren in 3rd and Patrick in 4th.

For the formula the track was quite big to 21.5turns and had both a demanding technical sections and fast sweepers. Both the drivers and the cars strengths and weaknesses were quickly shown and made the fighting exciting and intense. In the pit were a lot of setup discussions and additive and motors where tested through the weekend. A demanding course which would give good battles for position through training, qualification and race.
On race day, Christian Lehm (XRAY) had the best setup and could from the free practice, sit in front. Here he was all day and could secure TQ and win the race. Johnny Lyng (XRAY) could secure second place and the podium was complete with Michael Paest All three drivers are in the championship with the same points. So the stage is set for an exciting season. The day was characterized by great driving of all and the track record was renewed by Christian Lehm (XRAY).

There were a lot of bumps on the track, it made it quite difficult to race on whit a 1/12. My ride high were on 5.0. My LRP powered XRAY X12 was super-fast and i TQ+won the race in style, car was super-fast and easy super tons of grip, the new Suspension was perfect for this track, it helped a lot with the bumps and I could drive the fast line. I also made track record on 8minutes run.
I didn't practice Saturday because I was celebrating my birthday. There were two controlled practice on Sunday, that was the only practice I had. The other guys had practice at Saturday, so I was a little bit behind.

Again it was the race between Nicolai Nielsen and Young Casper Lund. This time last race runner-up Bjarke Nyskov did not take part but instead S?ren b Sorensen was racing for the the win. Saturday was practice, Casper was testing minor changes on his setup from last race and already his XRAY T4â™2016 was the car to beat. Due to family party, He had to cut the tests, but at that time he was 3/10 faster than his competition per lap. Sunday we started with 2 rounds of practice. We tried some new motors, very even in lap times. We extended the cap to almost 5/10 sec per lap. First qualifying we didnâ™t change anything but still we improved the time and won the round. 2 round, Casper pushed a little too much resulting in some small mistakes , and Soren b Sorensen won the round. Final round we changed a little on the setup and he easily won the round meaning top qualifier for the finals.
For the first final again small changes. Again Casper just ran away from the field and won the final. Again small setup changes, this time the car was not as good but still Casper could win the final and also another race. 2 wins in 2 races. For the last final we made a Big change to setup and the car was just flying.
