The 6th annual MRCC Challenge was held on 23-24 January 2016 at MRCC Track, Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Almost 60 drivers attended from Taiwan, Malaysia, Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Batam, Bali, Palembang, Aceh and Medan. The race format was 6 rounds of 10 minutes qualifying times with 4 best rounds to count. The track was hardpacked with some light dust at some areas.

After 6 qualifying, I got overall position no 2 and I went to semifinal B. In semifinal I started at position no1, but got involved in some traffic in the beginning of the race. So I pushed harder to take back my position and I win my semifinal. After sorting position from semifinal A & B, I started from 2nd place on the grid in the main final and I tried to maintain my 2nd position from the beginning of race. At about 20 min of the race I overtook the leader and from that moment concentrated myself on not making any mistake to keep the 1st place.
