Race Report by Florian Haus
The second round of Swiss nationals held this time in Herblingen (near Schaffhausen). I went there with mixed emotions because my test before the event was not as I expected but later it turned out that my homework paid off. The car was close to perfect already from the first practice on Saturday. After some setup changes and the conversion to the ARS the car was just amazing.

I could win the two heats on Saturday evening and could secure the overnight TQ. On Sunday morning Fabian Widmer was faster than me in colder conditions which meant that I lost the overall TQ. After the five heats I was sitting on the second place. Oliver Krähemann who was driving his second Modified race could secured the third place after the five heats. He showed a great performance.

In the finals the sun was heating the asphalt and my car worked better and better. Fabians car was in the hotter conditions much slower than in the colder conditions. I only have to pass him in the mains. It was not easy but with this amazing car it was just a matter of time. After the Mains I could secure the overall win in Modified. Oliver ended up on the third place, congrats. Mario Rigert missed the podium and ended up on the 4th place, also congrats!

It was an amazing weekend for XRAY Switzerland as Noah Asendorf won also Pro Stock class and the second position in F1 class went to Luca Martinelli for whom it was only first race with a formula.
