| The sixth & final round of 1/10 buggy Czech nationals took place last weekend in Velke Opatovice. Firstly I have to say that the home club did a nice work and prepared whole area great, thank you very much! |

In Friday afternoon, there was a free practice, however due to traffic jams we arrived late on the track and I managed to have only two sets of batteries with both my XB2 and XB4â™16.
In Saturday morning the track was pretty wet and remained so to the first round of qualifications, which meant no practice. Regarding the conditions we decided to drive my XB2 Dirt Edition, which showed up as a great choice.
In 2wd qualifications I still learnt the track in Q1, but TQ in Q2 and 2nd place in Q3 meant overall 2nd place as Ales Bidovsky & his XB2 took overall TQ!
In 4wd qualifications my XB4â™16 was super fast and with small setup improvements I managed to take TQ in all three rounds with Ales Bidovsky (Xray) in 2nd and Marek Schiller (PR) 3rd!
For 2wd finals we made couple more changes on my XB2, which turned out to be right move as my car was the fastest one on the track. In A1 Ales Bidovsky & me had great fight for the win and in the end Ales took the win. In A2 my transponder stopped working after 3 laps and Marek Schiller took the win. That meant A3 would have decided whole podium. In A3 I took early lead and my Orion powered XB2 set the fastest time over 5 minutes, which meant overall win!

| In 4wd finals my XB4â™16 continued in its awesome performance and won A1&A2 with more than half a lap in front of the second driver! Second overall finished Max Gotzl and Ales Bidovsky ended 3rd. In this season XB4â™16 took 5x full podium out of 6 rounds!!! |
