Race report by Marco Kaufmann
The ADAC Mittelrhein RC Touring-Cup took place in the Ring-Boulevard at the famous NĂĽrburgring last weekend. Approximately 100 drivers started in four different classes to show the public our great hobby and test their cars for the upcoming indoor season.

In the Modified class a lot of good international drivers attended, like the current world champion Ronald Völker, multiple French champion Lucas Urbain or my teammate Tim Wahl.

The track was very technical with a lot 180 degrees corners and some nice chicanes.
The carpet was the same as at the ETS indoor season.

The event started on Friday morning with controlled practice in groups.
My car worked very well and I was able to set the 2nd fastest five laps in a row.

After some clean and fast qualification rounds on Saturday I started 3rd on the grid for the finals where I was able to defend my position and take the last podium spot.
