Round 2 of the Rebels Race was held in TrebešĂn, Prague last weekend. This time organisers prepared very fast track layout with many fast chicanes. The track was laid out on ETS carpet and grip was progressively raising up.
In Modified class it was Matěj Ĺ ulc, who won all Qualifications to take TQ spot in front of Marcel Dostál and Petr Grof. Ultimately it was Matěj with the win in first two A-mains from Marcel and Petr. Last final was deciding, who will take the second position. Petr was closing on Marcel, but Marcel was holding his position to secure second place finish.
Stock class promised nice battles between Aleš Pelikán, Karel KratochvĂl, Ĺ imon Horák and Kuba Plechač. Thanks to gualification system, where two best runs are count up all these guys were hunting down every second. And it was Karel KratochvĂl, who took TQ by two seconds in front of Aleš. Finals were very hard for Karel, because Aleš was really pushing on him. Thanks to few small mistakes from Aleš, Karel took the overall win in front of Aleš and Ĺ imon.
Over in the Formula class it was Ĺ imon Horák with the overall win from Jan Kanina, who had some problems in the qualifiers. In the finals it was a same story as in gualies. Ĺ imon won all three in front of Jan Kanina and MĂra Percl
Marcel Dostál was in the lead right from the beginning, but for some technical problems he didn’t finish 3 out of 4 qualies. In the finals he made a clean sweep to take the win from Ralf Drashler and Radovan KonopĂk.
