Last week end took place in Rome the Final Round of XRS Italy at Miniautodromo T5. 65 drivers were divided between the usual XRS classes: 13.5 blinky, 13.5 blinky Pro, 17.5 blinky, F1 and Modified. Race started on Sunday but the pits were already sold out from the Saturday.

My car was very fast and consistent and it allowed me to be TQ in front of my teammates Martin Hudy and Giuseppe De Liguori. During the first two finals I had a funny fight with Martin but at the end I confirmed my position. Simone D’Ottavio completed the podium.

Flavio Buzi was the man to beat from the beginning taking the Pole Position. Francesco De Angelis was 2nd and Simone Anelli 3rd. In the finals Flavio confirmed his leadership followed by Simone Anelli. Alessandro Bagagli was able to take 3rd position starting 5th on the grid.
The fight was really tight from the beginning in this class where Pole Position was decided only for 0,012s. Alessio Valentini was TQ in front of Mustafa Alp and Massimo Fabiani. Mustafa tried to pass fairly Valentini in the finals but Alessio left him no space. Fabiani was one corner behind them fighting with Mancini and Fabiano for the 3rd position and also in this race Massimo confirmed his talent getting a place on the podium.
Flavio Anelli was TQ in this Class, followed by Simone Mondavio and Alberto Petruzzo.

Also in this F1 the fight was really tight but at the end of qualifications was “The Maestro’ť Alessandro Manciocchi to be TQ in front of Massimo Cardelli and Marco Sarra. After the finals Manciocchi was able to confirm his position followed by Luca Magnocavallo and Dario De Angelis.
