Last weekend we had the 4th round of French Nats on my home track, in Montbrison. The all new layout is amazing with very high grip ! The track is fast and also have some very technical parts where you can loose a lot of time!

During Friday practices the grip started to increase a lot and my car was working better and better, as the layout is quite new I didn't had so much training on the track and the grip had never been that high, so I had to adjust a bit my setup for these high grip conditions. I used the Bittydesign M410 ULT to have a good balance between front and rear end, I also put an alloy chassis to have a more consistent and easy-to-drive car.
On Saturday, we had 4 more practices with two counting for reseeding, my car worked flawlessly and I found a very consistent pace compared to the field which helped me for the afternoon when we raced 3 qualifications. I won Q1 and Q3 with a good gap.

In Sunday morning we had a practice and two more qualifications, the practice helped me to check that my car worked well on colder conditions and that my pace was still there. I won the last two qualifications and Briac Berthoud (XRAY) went 2nd on the grid thanks to a TQ in Q2 and a 2nd place.
On the afternoon I won the first A main, thanks to small mistakes Briac made I could secure a good gap. For A2, I didn't made a good start and I was under pressure of Briac on the first lap and when he tried to pass me he tucked my body and I lost some places, I was sitting 4th after my body was fixed. Thanks to the crazy pace I got I managed to overtake the three drivers in front of me and took the win. In A3 Briac made a clean race and won the final, Mathias Rascol made a great race as he got the second spot in this main after crashing and sitting 10th in the first lap!
