The first big Indoor Race of 2020 in Germany was held the past weekend in Kongen located in the south of Germany. Several Modified and Stock classes saw almost 130 Entries for this event. The RC Cars Kongen built once again a great race track, with challenging technical and high speed parts. I started with my XB2 2020, XB4 2020 and XT2 2019 in 3 classes, so it was a pretty busy weekend for me.

Friday was the practice day so enough time to setup the cars. All of my cars worked great right from the beginning and I could focus on lines and small setup changes to make everything perfect.
The 4wd Portion started solid with 2nd position after the 4 qualifying runs. The finals also went great and I finished 2nd behind Micha Widmaier who finished on the top spot and Florian Kappes who finished 3rd overall.
2wd Modified started Ok with 5th after qualifying, but I was able to gain some speed in the finals and made it on the podium again. Micha once again won, this time in front of Luca Rau who finished 2nd and myself completed the podium in 3rd position.
In the Truck class I struggled a bit with my tyre choice and had so settle 2nd after the qualifiers and also after the finals which were won by Luca Rau. Stefan Matas completed the Podium on 3rd position.
