Race report by Luke Lee

Round 3 of the UK F1 nationals headed to West London, UK. The weather forecast was looking uncertain for the weekend.

In round 1 of qualifying the track was still very cold and a little damp from overnight rain. I made the wrong decision on setup so struggled with a lack of grip, only managing 4th place.
For Round 2 of qualifying the track warmed up, the car was well suited to the conditions now and I took the win in the round. The rain and bad weather held off meaning the track only got better, and I also took the win in rounds 3 and 4.

After all 4 rounds of qualifying I lined up on pole for the 2 leg finals

Leg 1 saw me lead away and not look back. A fight behind for 2nd and 3rd gave me a comfortable race not having to push the car to maintain a gap to the cars battling behind.
Leg 2 saw a very light spit of rain, this made the track a little slick at the start, this time around I was followed by Michael in 2nd place, but he made the first mistake getting too eager on the power and spinning out. This once again gave me a comfortable gap and I was able to keep the car on the road for the rest of the race to take the win.
