Super busy day today at Stafford for round 2 of the F1 nationals!
After being quickest all day yesterday in practice, I managed to carry the pace through into today and take all 3 rounds of qualifying, and then all 3 finals without any major threats from behind, super result!
The new Hobbywing G4 motor was superb all weekend, it had a lot of power and felt very smooth and consistent, but also had the out and out power required when pushing hard
Stafford is a track I have always struggled at, so being able to get a top result today feels really good, and also makes it 2 from 2 in the championship which is a great start to the season
Also, once again congratulations to James on taking 3rd place with his XRAY, having great fights with Michael in all 3 finals as well as great pace, but only managing to get 3-3-2, meaning Michael got a better combined score to take 2nd overall with 2-2-3
It was a lot of fun this weekend to have the whole family along in support, they love to watch the races and help fix the car!

Only 3 weeks to wait now until round 3 heading south to Colchester, a track I've never been to before so it will be a tricky weekend but I have no doubts we will find the pace as always
