Race report by Dusan Mihelic
The second round of XRS-MVP championship was held at the very technical track in Lavanttal. Official event of XRS-MVP was this time combined with championship of the club LAMAC. The official event was held on Saturday and three different classes were offered – 1:8 IC, 1:10 TC and 1:8 GT electro. The racing format included 4 qualifications with three best consecutive laps counting. The finals were then adapted according to EFRA rules, meanwhile in 1:8 IC, point system with two final runs of 20 minutes were adapted.

1:8 IC class:
In qualifications it was Nejc Mihelic (XRAY RX8'23) who took the TQ, infront of long time teammate Herfried Pucher and another XRAY driver Valentin Mis (RX8'23). In both of the main final runs we saw great battle between Nejc Mihelic (XRAY RX8'23) and Herfried Pucher, however with Nejc Mihelic (XRAY RX8'23) taking the best lap of the race and both final runs by a margin of only few seconds. Therefore Herfried Pucher came in 2nd and Goran Vignjevic in third place. The XRAY team showed a great performance with 4 drivers amongst the top 10.

1:10 TC class:
In qualifications it was Daniel Pucher (XRAY X4'23) who showed the greatest pace after 4 rounds of qualifications infront of young Jonas Kohlberger and Nejc Marcic. In the finals the greatest battle was seen for the overall 1st place as the first final run was claimed by Bjan Miklozic infront of Daniel Pucher (XRAY X4'23). In the second final these two just reversed the places. With this the 3rd final leg was decisive and was this time took by the young Jonas Kohlberger by only a few tenths infront of XRAY's driver Daniel Pucher. Due to the faster first final round it was Bjan Miklozic who took the win infront of Daniel Pucher (XRAY X4'23) and Jonas Kohlberger.

1:8 GT class:
After 4 rounds of qualy's, it was the home matador Herfried Pucher who showed amazing pace and sat comfort in the first place, followed by Nejc Orazem and Gasper Ravbar.
Due to the suffered electronics issue, Herfried could not participate in the final runs therefore the main battle was seen between Nejc Orazem and Gasper Ravbar. As Nejc Orazem took the first two final run, he was also declared as the winner of the race followed by Gasper Ravbar and young Mark Sencar.
