16T clutchbell manufactured on a precision manual gear machine from HUDY Gear Steel – a material specially formulated and developed for use in gears. Heat treated for highest strength, minimal wear and extra-long lifespan.  

3-pin flywheel made from aluminum. 

Tough steel nut for securing flywheel to engine crankshaft. Made from famous HUDY Spring Steel. 

These new 1.71g clutch shoes are slightly lighter than the stock aluminum shoes, allowing the engine to spool up a bit more before the shoes grab the flywheel. The end result is a clutch that will engage later in the powerband giving more rip out of the corners.  

New hard clutch springs with improved shape helps prevent breakage. Harder spring allows for later engagement. 

Factory-preassembled 123cc fuel tank set features a pressure cap with a 1-piece profiled seal for perfect fitment and sealing. The fuel tank includes tank inserts (1 & 2cc) to fine-tune fuel capacity as well as an integrated stone filter. The integrated splashguard protects the brakes from fuel.
