Josh Wheeler raced with a freshly received and assembled XRAY XB808E-Prototype. From the start of testing he was fast with a basic set-up and continued with a strong performance in qualifying which resulted in a TQ. Josh had a clean start in the finals and kept his XB808E-P 3 seconds ahead the 2nd place driver. Unfortunately in the last round a track marshal got in his way which slowed him down and made him lose distance and ultimately cost him a 1st place finish.

According to Josh, his XB808E-Prototype was very easy to drive and very fast. This was confirmed by French driver Jerome Sartel, who missed the first practices when he was assembling the electronics in his newly-completed 808E. Jerome was fast but didn’t finish a race because of issues with electronics.
