Even after the heats, it was clear that the two XRAY/ORCAN team drivers Max and Benni (guest truggy drivers from the Scale class) were looking for places at the top of the MesseCup Leipzig leader board.

After the heats, Max and Benni were in second and third positions and qualified after the semi-finals - again in second and third places - for the 30-minute final.

Max soon got into second position in the final, taking the lead after half time which he held on to until the finishing order was determined. Benjamin had bad luck with a faulty glow plug, but still managed seventh place despite the problems.
