On August 7th the first round of Polish Cars Model Championship was held. It is the 4th season of this carpet racing series in Poland. RCTECNICA Team drivers dominated both Hobby and Stock Classes.

In Hobby class, Krzysztof Pick Jr. was driving his XRAY T3 2012 powered by Tekin RS Gen2 and Redline 21.5T Gen2 for the first time. Last season he was racing in junior class, so this was his first start with new car and electronics and also with broken elbow. Krzysztof got TQ and overall win. He was on the first place from the beginning of qualification, till the end of finals.

Maciej Marcinek, driving his XRAY T4 with Tekin RS gen2 and Redline 17.5 Gen2 onboard has imposed high racing level from the first race. After getting the TQ, he won two first finals securing full set of points. He is the most experienced driver in RCTECNICA team, racing XRAY cars for several years and winning most of Polish on-road events in Stock class.
A very big surprise was the 2nd place of Michał Pokora, 3rd of RCTECNICA team drivers. Driving his XRAY T3 2012 also with Tekin electronics onboard. Michał was in 8th place after qualifications but made his best and finished 2nd overall. Michael made his debut on the carpet at the end of 2012 and since then achieving better and better results.
