The 2013 Indonesia National Year End Championship held on 14-15 Dec and took place at the Boya Racing track, Tajur, West Java . A total of 50 drivers attended this event. The race format should be 4 rounds of 7 minutes qualifying times with 3 best rounds to count, but due to heavy rainfall after 2 qualifying times , the race format reduced from 4 rounds to be 2 rounds with one best round to count. The finals were run in 5 groups A-E with 5 drivers bump up.
