The first XRAY Challenge Germany of 2014 was held at the small permanent indoor track of MAC Adenau (Eifel-Ring) which is located just outside the NĂĽrburgring. The race entry was limited to 50 drivers due to the pit space being limited. The race was sold out immediately, which gave an indication of the big interest in these kind of races. The classes run were TC Modified, TC Stock 13.5T as well as 1:12 Stock 10.5T.
The track, even though being fairly small, proved very enjoyable to drive with its high traction level and challenging corners.

The XRAY team was represented by myself, Marek Cerny, Marco Kaufmann, Tobias Hepp, Tobias Vogel, Valentin Hettrich, Manuel Wagner among others. The race saw some strong competition from German drivers of other teams too.
In TC stock it was Marek Cerny who was leading the way all through qualifying to take the TQ in front of Valentin Hettrich. In the finals. Cerny managed to win A1 & A3 to take the overall win in front of Tobias Vogel and Wolf Brickenkamp, also driving an XRAY car.

In TC Modified, I had a close fight with Marc Fischer for the TQ position, but in the finals I managed to cruise to victory with a well handling car. Marco Kaufmann rounded out the podium for XRAY with a solid drive to 3rd. Tobias Hepp also made the A-final in the Modified class.
In 1/12 Stock (10.5T blinky) I enjoyed a good qualifying to take TQ by almost two laps in front of the 2nd placed driver. My X12 2014 car was working very well. I won A1 and A2 to wrap up the overall win as well.
