V2 Update: Both the material and design have been improved to reduce wear of the differential outdrives. The improved design makes the installation the clips a bit more complicated.
We recommend following this easy and handy tip: |

1) Insert the bottom of the clip into the bottom of the drive shaft pin. |

2) Use pliers to press the other end of the clip onto the top of the drive shaft pin. |

3) Use the pliers to compress the top and bottom of the installed clip. This will allow the clip to move more freely. |

4) In case the clip does not move completely freely it will not have any significant negative impact on performance. |
