Saturday 6 April, the last race of the FinTrack Tour was held in Oulu. I participated as usual in the 17.5t Superstock class and managed to grab TQ and WIN the race! I won all three competitions and that also means the championship of the national series! So this means I am a double champion this season!
Oulun seudun pienoisautoilijat ry - Team OSPA had once again surpassed itself when organizing the competition and the course was really good again! I hadn't driven a touring car here in Oulu before, and practice and time trials were spent looking for adjustments, but I managed to grab the first starting grid for the finals. A mistake at the beginning of the first final momentarily dropped me to second place, but I managed to get back to the top. The next two finals went without mistakes, so I managed to win them all Xray's Miika Enroos drove nicely to second place, so it was a great day!
Tomorrow we will compete in the last race of the 1/12th grade series, and it's easy to start when I've already secured the championship in the last race.

Sunday 7 April, the last race of the 12Track Tour was held in Oulu. I participated as usual in the 13.5t Efra class and managed to grab TQ and WIN the race! In this class, only the two best results were counted, so I had already decided the championship by winning the first two races. Congratulations also to Ari-Pekka Kyykka for the second place, he also had Xray X12.
The morning started well, but I had a few problems with the rear of the car. I had to use stiffer than normal side springs and stiffer oil for the side tubes. I managed to ride steadily the whole day without any major mistakes and I think I also won all the rounds, including the finals of course. The day was again instructive and it's good to move on from this. Thanks Team OSPA and all racers from a fun weekend.

Double champion of Finnish national series! I participated in two classes this season, 1/10 in touring cars 17.5t Superstock and 1/12th 13.5t Efra spec. There were 3 races in both series, I managed to win them all! This would not have been possible without great sponsors!
