| The XRS Spain event was held at the beautiful circuit of Asoger, in Getafe, close to Madrid, Spain. The event saw a good field of drivers in Formula, Blinky Stock, and Modified classes. |

The Formula class was dominated from start to end by Jan Ratheisky who converted his TQ position into a win!
The Blinky stock class was a much closer encounter, with 3 drivers having the chance to win the race after 2 finals. The TQ man Chicha Rioja De Diego eventually had to settle for 3rd, after some close battles with Jan Ratheisky and Carlos Fernandez Espinosa. Jan came out the best of the 3 with 2 A-final wins, to take the overall victory!

In the Modified class, I was able to TQ 4 out of 5 qualifiers, and go on to win 3 A-finals as well, with a very well handling T4, even in these challenging cold and low grip conditions!
Many thanks to XRS Spain for a nice event, a nice atmosphere, and a nice tombola on the Sunday, with plenty of XRAY and HUDY goodies given away! |
